Please allow 3-7 business days for your Original Artwork order and 7-14 business days for your Fine Art Prints and products order to be shipped.

All original art sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.

Exchange & Return Policy: All Art Prints and products such as mugs, and journals sales are final. I am not able to offer refunds or returns as all prints are "made to order".

Cancellation Policy: All Art Prints and products such as mugs and journals sales are final. Art Prints and products such as mugs and journals orders can only be cancelled if the print or product has not been printed yet, as all orders are "made to order". Prints are sometimes printed immediately so there is no guarantee you will be able to cancel your print order. Due to costs associated with every order, regardless if it has been printed, a 10% cancellation fee based on the total cost of your cancelled order will be deducted from your refund.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Policy: Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork or product must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork/product arrived in. Damaged, lost, or stolen artworks and/or products will be replaced. No refunds will be given.
